Raw Goat Milk

Mandolin Creek Dairy produced raw goat milk in Summit, Oregon. Our goat milk production ceased in 2020 after our previous insurance carrier dropped our coverage at the end of 2019, and our new insurance provider mandated that we could no longer sell raw milk.

Why raw milk?

We have our own reasons many of which involve higher standards of quality assurances, but a number of organizations that promote raw milk have their own answers.

Production

The herd of goats at Mandolin Creek Farm began milk production in early 2019. We never sold our milk for human consumption.
